You have a hard day at work, you're on the bus - looking at the world moving outside, your mind gets reset to 0 and you just be and absorb, passive and peaceful. Then you hear this dreadful ring tone that provokes an old ache in one of your teeth - your mind reaches for annoyance mode and then resignation - chit-chat and verbal bollocks.
